It’s super simple to get started! Here’s how it works:
- Shop online at Primark Click & Collect and choose Portsmouth as your collection store. Please note returns aren't currently available.
- Book your collection with us – we’ll guide you through the process. All we need is your order number and the collection date.
- We'll contact you to pay a single shipping price, and we'll deliver to your door.
To make sure your Primark goodies make it under the tree in time, Primark have asked us to please place all Click & Collect orders on or before Saturday 13th December.
It’s super important you select the Portsmouth Primark store when you place your order. This is where our lovely myUKaddress team are based, so it’s the only store they can collect from.
If you select the wrong store by accident, you can’t change the delivery location or cancel your order. However, if your item isn’t collected after 6 days, Primark will begin the refund process automatically.

If you’re new to myUKaddress, you’ll need to register – we promise it’s quick and easy. After that, simply sign in and book your collection with us. All we need is your order number and the collection date.

You need to book your collection with us but don’t need to do anything after that. Primark will let you know when your order’s ready to collect (even if it's late), but there’s no need to send that info our way. Trust us — we’ve got it covered!

Email [email protected] with your order number and collection date to cancel a Primark collection after you’ve booked it with us.
We collect from Portsmouth's Primark store a minimum of twice a week. Primark will hold your order for 6 days so no need to worry if our pickup day is different from your collection date.
Primark will let you know when your order’s ready to collect, but there’s no need to send that info our way. Trust us — we’ve got it covered!
We’ve kept it really simple. You’ll pay one price which includes a small fee for us to collect your item and the cost of shipping your item. Our pricing and examples of pricing for popular items can be found here.
Return your item(s) with these simple steps:
- Pack your items in their original packaging, along with a printout of your email receipt.
- Address your package to Primark Stores Limited, Plot 1400, Argosy Way, Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4XN
- Drop off your package to Envoy House for processing.
