Customers are advised that Friday's inbound mail, which was delayed on Friday due to freezing fog in the UK, and was transferred to sea on Friday night, was unable to arrive in time for processing and delivery on Saturday morning after strong winds prevented the ship from docking in Guernsey.
The ship arrived later at 11am in Guernsey, after diverting to Jersey, when the conditions improved. As this was too late for the mail to be sorted for delivery that day, it is now out on delivery this morning, Monday 18 January.
