Guernsey Post service update 3rd December 2010

Wednesday and Thursday's mail will be delivered from 10.00am onwards today. While Postal Workers will do their very best to make all deliveries, they may be restricted in the higher parishes where icy road conditions remain.
Collections will take place as usual today.

Envoy House and Smith Street branches, the parcel Collection Office and BATIF are all open as normal.

Sark
Deliveries in Sark will take place by tractor today.

Alderney
Alderney Postal Workers will be delivering all mail they have today.

Royal Mail service update - UK

Mail collection, distribution, processing and deliveries are taking place across much of the UK today. However, snow and icy conditions are impacting their ability to operate normal services in a number of areas. Mail services in Scotland, Northern England, parts of South West, South East and Wales continue to be the most affected by the current weather conditions.
