Franking and posting in branch
Our in branch Franking Service allows you to pre-pay your postage on bundles of letter mail items for any destination without using stamps. Your items are franked by Guernsey Post to show payment and the charge is 3p per item in addition to the normal postage rate. Payment is made at the time of posting by cash or by cheque.
- Conditions of acceptance
- The number of items must be 100 or more.
- Items must be tied securely in bundles of 50 (bulkier items in bundles of 10).
- All addresses must be in the same direction and each bundle must carry the same rate of postage.
- Items are accepted at the following branches: Smith Street, Envoy House, Bridge, Cobo, Rohais, Alderney and Sark during normal Monday to Friday opening hours.
- For items accepted after 4pm on Fridays we reserve the right to withhold delivery until the following Monday.
