Our prime consideration at Guernsey Post is the quality of our service and since October 2003 our quality of service targets have been an intrinsic part of our operator's licence. We report regularly against these targets to the Regulator and every six months we publish the details of our performance for all to see.
Every year we submit a return to the Regulator that covers the previous 12 month period and our measurement systems are further subject to independent audits by the Regulator.
